Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, all returns must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging
The return must be made within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal
The product must not have been unsealed (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Procedure

Contact us by email to inform us of your wish to return
We will provide you with the return address and instructions
Return the product by Colissimo tracking at your expense
Upon receipt and verification, we will proceed with the refund

4. Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the return, via the same payment method used during the order.

5. Non-refundable products

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following products cannot be returned:

Products unsealed or opened for hygiene reasons
Personalized products

6. Defective product or order error

If you have received a defective product or an error in your order, contact us immediately. We will cover the return costs and send you the correct product or proceed with a full refund.
