General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the website maisoncrepue.com, operated by LA BEAUTÉ ARTISANALE – Maison Crépue, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 931 514 491 00022, with its registered office at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris.
1. Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of cosmetic and hair products offered by Maison Crépue.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Maison Crépue reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order validation.
3. Order
- Selection of products and addition to cart
- Validation of cart and entry of delivery information
- Choice of payment method and confirmation
- Receipt of an order confirmation email
Maison Crépue reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock or payment issues.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Shop Pay. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.
5. Delivery
- Standard Colissimo: 4 to 6 working days
- Express: 2 to 3 working days
- Free delivery for purchases over €65
In case of delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may cancel the order.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without justification. Products unsealed for hygiene reasons are excluded (art. L221-28).
7. Legal guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-4 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
8. Responsibility
Products are for external use only. In case of allergic reaction, stop use and consult a doctor.
9. Dispute resolution
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The customer can also use the European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law.
